Nope. One of the game's primary flaws, that.

Nope, you would have to start a new and play again and level the way you want the stats to be.

Have a couple ideas maybe worth trying ?

Use a memory editor (cheat engine or similar) or save editor at your own risk ☺ I'd suggesting using the stats calculator to work out what legal stats would have been at your level if you had chosen different vocations.
Your save might be corrupted, but you were going to have to re-roll anyway ?

There are mods on Nexus which don't touch your pawn but give better stats distribution to your Arisen.

Unless you're trying to have a primarily magic focused Magic Archer, or have spent 70 levels as a sorc before deciding that you'd really like to be primarly melee, stats don't actually matter. At late game, equipment and use of elements account for most your damage, meanwhile things like low health or stamina can be offset by rings/cloaks. You have to go out of your way to really do anything bad with your stats.

Even as far as the Ur Dragon is concerned, having less than optimal stats can still be overcome by better strategy.

I wish
Unfortunately no. A NG+ option with a level reset would have been lovely.

going from primarily melee (fighter, warrior, strider et al) > magic: your staves or whatever will easily make up the magic deficit, so no problems, plus you'll have a high stamina/health pool to mess around with

going from magic (mage especially) > melee: while offensively it still holds true, your health and stamina reserves are going to be gimped to high hell, and while it's true you could slap on two master rings to regain a thousand HP deficit, you then lose out on level three skills

fixed stat gains were a mistake

The only way to ruin your character is to try and be super specific in one aspect then want the other at like level 200.

Other then your stamina and health max total everything can be covered with items and be perfect.

This, stats doesn't matters much the item you have will compensate.

The hardest thing to compensate for is HP/Stamina. While there are some rings that can help, they're fairly rare and using them will prevent you from accessing as many rank 3 skills as possible, or your resists may suffer.
