There are no good warhammers available early on - I mean easily, anything that may be found in Gransys you can obtain as early as level 2. Eg this

as soon as you've reached central Gransys, but it's guarded.

you have to explore huge separate location on the north.
ahh i somehow failed the gryphic victory one not sure when, gonna have to go with one of the other 2
Iraklis is pretty neat too though somewhat janky to use, but is the strongest Longsword in the game when it works.
Stamina Hammer makes all your weapon skills free but makes you the priority target of everything in battle.
Cyclops Bane (warhammer) does double damage vs Cyclops, Golems, and Ogres, and is still a decent hammer vs everything else.
Selling the Monocle gives you almost enough gold to get any one of those with just a little bit of extra farming.
