Magian Crutch, does Barroch sell this magick bow at the vey start of the Game?

I started 100% Magic Archer from level10 run with my brand new character
So i went to BBI at my level6 then met Barroch (this made me Level10 by 12000XP)
At that time i didn't realize he was actually selling Magican Crutch so i did got that bow from a chest in Duskmoon Tower's 2nd floor.
And its okay i had a goof time ( 7 tomes save and load isn't hard )

After that i went back to Barroch place and looked into his inventory
He sells Magian !
Did he start selling it because i got one? Or just i missed ?

yes, he sells it even during stage 1, which is the beginning of the game through completing the hydra head escort
