Of course they are also not perfect. I actually was pretty okay with a standart character.
I couldn't think of one, but there are some really annoying mission types out there, about those I were talking, like run around 7 hours and try to find some things that randomly appear or something with a super bad drop rate I guess
Anyway, I was ready hearing something like 100 hours.
Try and get 50 war bugles in 3 hours though lol.
The 10 that are left take 3 hours to get anyway.
Duplicate with Black Cat^^;
You can earn as much RC as you want.
The 50 war bugle quest is only for a weapon anyway iirc, you can spend a lot of time doing side quests but you are never really forced to do so.
That can be pricey though (forget the cost to dup one). You can technically "duplicate" them for 150 a pop though if it ends up being cheaper (or 1500 depending on where you go).
Basically just abuse sleeping to respawn things, as there is one guaranteed bugle chest right outside the Gran Soren Inn. You sleep 3 times until morning, and then the chest will have another in it. Downside is loading screens - but it only costs 50 a night in Cassardis or 500 per night in Gran Soren vs Black Cat fees (and time if you don't have the expediting papers). Which - I bet doing this, you could have all 50 in 3 hours
Edit : there is also those campsites where sleeping is free(?) - BBI bed does not seem to work the same way however (at least not last time I checked, which was long ago - so may now).
Is the same trick I use to farm monsters/BBI gear as 3 days does 85% of the respawns, and the last 15% are 7 days or special occurrence.
And to OP - as long as you want. I sank something like 300 hours on this on PS3 on release, and then another 200 so far on PC; is a fun game.
tbh i never really understood a narrative that noticed board quests are "side" quests, imo opinion DD has main quests, side quests and noticed board quests. Last two are so vastly different it is concerning that players/reviewers put them in the same category or even worse, point out board quests over side quests, claming that side quests are horrible and should be avoided
