If you looked shore in village (Cassardis) you can't find it there. Get out the village (Cassardis) turn right and go. You'll find another shore, you can find them in there.

Depends on which flowers you're after. You can find Sunbright near the roots of the large trees right outside Cassardis during the day. Pawns will comment on this when you're close enough to said trees.

Moonglow can only be found at night. As the poster above mentions, try the Unusual Beach or Starfall Bay in Cassardis.

I thought leaving Cassardis ends any side quests you had?

No, just leaving the gates of Cassardis to explore the countryside doesn't.

A conversation with Barnaby in the Pawn Guild-- which is only possible after you've escorted someone and something to the capital-- is what does it.

Sunbrights are as soon as you exit Cassardis. near big tree on the left side of the road

you can find Moonflower in Cassardis at night. just few meters away from where rift stone for UR-Dragon is in NG+. at the end of the beach once you get through passage, turn left
