House symbol on items?

What does it mean?
I usually get them while selecting to change my gear within the inventory of the camp.
Seems like those items are quite op for my current level.

It means the items are stashed in your bank, not currently in your inventory. The items shown with that symbol can be equipped normally, as far as I'm aware, from the window you're seeing them in. Otherwise you can withdraw the items at any inn.

Ok but I still wonder how the items got there. I didn't put them into the stash myself because like I said they are way better then my current ones so I would have equipped them and not stored them. Are this quest rewards that get put into there automatically maybe?

They are bonus items for the dark arisen expansion. Some of them are very powerful for the early game but arent needed. If anything people use them for looks.

And yes you get them automatically at the start of the game by default.
