For healing outside of health, there is also Halidom, High Halidom (both for Mage only) that cure most status ailments. And Voidspell, High Void Spell (for Sorcerer only) that cures status lower ailments like lowered defense and lowered strength but is also the only spell that can cure petrification.

I find having High Voidspell with a sorcerer to be a good thing if you're not wanting to carry around stuff that cures the entire party of petrification. Most items that cure it on a single person are not sued inteligently by pawns (most only think to use it the moment they are fully pretified, which is too late). High Voidspell sorcerers seem to always use the skill the moment gradual petrification begins and it's fast to cast.

Spellscreen does not heal. It buffs your defense and resistances Iincluding knockdown and stagger if I'm remembering correctly). It is a helpful spell depending on what you want your mage to do. If you just want them to do some fast DPS, then it's kinda pointless. If you want them to be a support and buffing type, than it's a good choice.
