What's with all the loli child pawns?

So many times i summon a pawn with good looking skills and when they walk into the rift area they are a little child girl often with revealing clothing as well..

What's with all these pedo's that like to have little girls following them around and dressing them up like strippers?

(I'm playing on the switch so i thought maybe they were kids made BY kids but they're way too high level and 90% of them look like anime characters).

So this hit a nerve with some very dedicated fans of this child-replicating cult.

Basically these huge waves of comments are 2-3 diehard defenders of this, denying that it's disturbing or borderline softcore childporn to replicate a child in a game and dress them in lingerie.
Even when someone looked up an example of a steam profile full of DDDA naked "wrestling" boys they played it off as "that's mods".

There's no denying that this is a thing and it can be found easily in the ingame rift, i saw it again after booting the game and refreshing +/- 12 pawns to pick the best, 2 of which were kids with lingerie/delta guard.

Whether all short pawns are made with ill intentions is obviously debatable and i'd say definitely not.
It's funny to make a dwarf and it even has ingame stat changes.
The phenomenon i'm adressing here however has the pawns created to resemble a child as much as they can (childlike features, face etc).
The ones that resemble kids that well nearly all have revealing clothing, indicating that there's definitely some (borderline) pedophilia going on here.

The game is amazing and you can just ignore them, but i was just adressing it here and apperently i kicked the hornets nest of the naked kids fanclub.

They do refer to console players as being intelectually inferior so that gives a rough indication of what sort of person this is in the social hierarchy, maybe we gave them too much attention

Maybe in some cultures, but not in japan. No, in the character creator you are still making adult females. Yes they look young, but it doesnt go far enough to make them look like children. At least on the female side. The males really do look like children though. What other 4 foot tall people are there? Elves.

Grow up and get out of the special closet op, this just sad in so many ways, fact you know the term and see anything like what you claim in this video game and other places, is telling enough and there plenty times it proven who is actually bad is the poster of such things.
There is 0 issue, except clearly on you, who should be on multiple types of watch lists, by how often again its the poster of saying X is bad is actually actually far worse then anyone they claim, especially with the amount of effort you putting you.

Its a game forum and not redit or certain other site where you likely actually frequent and again a total non-issue in every way especially given there really not much you can do in this game besides battle and kids battling may as well ban the most simple games like roblox.

Well Dragon's Dogma gives you a great hook to anime style... so if you watch some animes that will have an impact on how you make your characters... per example, if I make a character or pawn for me, I will make a huge hulk male character or opposite to that if I make a girl character I will make a small cute loli o middle tall girl 1.6meters aprox... that impacts on the perspective you have on the game, the world of Dragon's dogma you can saw from both perspectives, if you are a giant you saw Ogres small... if you are a loli girl you saw even Goblins as giants... plus the stamina regen and other stuff like speed or walking on the foot of Cyclops and other enemies... all those thing change the gameplay... but possibly more important is how a huge character climb versus a loli character, that also depends on the size or maybe with the weight... I guess the tiny chibby loli anime voice characters are related to the usage of different voices version, maybe the ones we heard from this side of the world are voice acted different than the ones from Japan per example... so, our lolis or the lolis we can hire at the rift use the same "code" of voice than the japanese ones, but we use other non japanese voices... maybe that is why we heard the voices we could never pick more often than we wish... because our versions of those loli anime voices are just terrible... that is my theory... but, why do you think they are child?... even if you make a pawn, that pawn can have as many years as you want to give to her... they are inmortal, they always existed at the rift... possibly each one has more years than the age of the universe... IDK anything about the stripping part you are talking about, to be honest I played this game for thousand of hours and never saw something like that, maybe I never put attention to that or IDK I just didn't care that never got my focus on that... but remember there is a bandit camp that all the womans there wears just "bikini" or something like that... it's almost part of the lore of Dragon's Dogma too... I guess there is two or three pieces of clothes that looks like bikini, but I am not a huge fan of those... fun fact, often players create female characters as companions, that is why you will find more often female pawns than males... and most of the cases you will find maxed breast bar Hahahaha... yeah a loli character main character and pawn is my favourite choice... I got a bit offended by you, but if you want to be able to spam weapons skills and evade easier, and saw the world more epic... a small tiny character is pretty cool... you can even enjoy the speed of running like crazy... plus my favourite vocation is Warrior, so... mix those two, you have a loli warrior with a huge badash two handed sword, that is even funny by it owns... and you can find a lot of that in anime too... per example at Sime taoshite you can find a loli demon lord with a two handed sword. Even if you didn't like that, Dragon's Dogma's core is a pretty heavy anime style game... even if the game didn't look like one, it has a great influence of anime. Or to be more exact more like a JRPG

I'd say that its influences are pretty obvious. So much so that it had official Berserk content in the PS3/Xbox 360 versions.

As for the topic, at least the OP sounds less crazy than the other fanatics who were all out against female pawns who height was below a give threshold regardless of their weight and build, renting that type of pawn just to down-vote them into oblivion or to attack them whenever they see them in game (why they felt the need to tell everyone about this, I do not know). The oddest thing about that type is that I've only seen them in the PC userbase. No such person uttered a peep about this sort of thing before this port that I ever saw.
Some of the most useful short female pawns (typically the 'short stack' types as they hit the sweet spot between high stamina and decent carrying capacity) were highly rated on the other platforms but as soon as it comes out on PC, that foolishness started.
