I missed the quest that leads up to Witch hunt, so I can't access where the leaves grow :( If anybody would be super nice enough to give me a king bay leaf or two I would be SO happy

dude, the thing about king's bay leaf is that it's only accessible in one place and OP stated s/he missed the quest that leads to that place and s/he is actually aware of it. There's no other way to get it outside of starting a new game (or new game+) and player gifts no matter how much you google it at that point.

You still don't understand, do you?

Once you missed the Witch Hunt quest, you have no access to the only place those weeds grow, that's why the OP wasn't asking for advice but for someone to donate some to him, like I did a couple hours ago.

From the wiki: Three clumps of King Bay Leaf grow ONLY at the Guardian's Grave in the area of the Witchwood - the plant re-grows after one week.

They are not hard to find, they're impossible to find, once you missed the related quest.

What good is Google to him now, then? So he can read somewhere that he must wait for NG+ in order to complete the king leaves quests in a different playthrough?

I posted my retraction 40 mins before yours. But sure, the rules apply differently in your case.

And I never said I didn't have an attitude problem. I didn't realise we've moved on to personal attacks at this point.

I would continue onwards,you know with my attitude problem and all, but I've already admitted I was wrong and I misread it.

How much more do you need/want?

Personally I've gotten a good chuckle out of this, the best part at my own stupidity in it.
