Has anyone had a problem with this quest showing up on the job board?

It's supposed to be the Alehouse, but it wont show up. I'm trying to get more of the board quests done to rotate that one in, but so far nothing. I have taken every job off every board less the escort quests.

EDIT: This quest didn't seem to activate until I finished the quest Nameless Terror. I'll keep this posted in case someone else had the same issue.

100% achievement for quests? And chores?
Isn't that like for doing all the actual side quests? Which means no board stuff is required?

you cant skip board quests. To get new ones you need to finish them one by one. But now board quests dont count toward the achievements. Also board quest cant be failed like side quests do when advancing the main storyline.

That's not 100% accurate. And I don't believe the above posters are either....since there's plenty of debate about the same subject all over the internet. (except maybe the bit about some noticeboard quests)

but here's what that says, "Progression between stages also often causes sidequests, escort quests, and other noticeboard quests to appear, disappear (in the case of escort quests), or fail (in the case of sidequests). In addition shop inventories are expanded at the beginning of each stage".

Yes I did, and this is the only comment I could spot relevant to my situation here:
"I did this on another character along with The Conspirators, but on my new character (which also happens to be using Dark Arisen, while the old one did not) the quest is not appearing on any board for me. I guess I'll go to the quest spot and see if the parcels are there anyway."

I have the quest "The Conspirators" but the Parcel Service post wont show up for some reason. I finished 4 more job board quests last night to see if it triggered and it did not, so I'm back at it again when I play tonight.

I just finished the Quina sidequests and I already talked to the guy at night for the Conspirators, so the parcels should spawn when I go, but I wanted this quest too to do them together and not miss any quests.

It seems like I don't need it for the Hero achievement, but I'll keep trying anyway.
