finally finished that court quest

it took me several years. not because it was hard but because everytime I started the game back up it drained my will to live. The quest log sure doesnt help you understand what you were doing if you've been away for a while

I managed just fine when this game came ages ago. I mean if you're having such difficulty that you're stuck on the same quest for literally years why not just google the solution at that point?

What's the name of the court quest? Come to Court? Or maybe you mean trial?

Trials and Tribulations? That's the only quest in the game you can complete by doing absolutely nothing though

It was so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring that I questioned why I was even playing the game, so I stopped playing and went outside. I went to the zoo, saw a goat, lion, and snake. Then I went to a playground and climbed on the jungle gym. Bascially VR

A lot of the "story" quests are boring, but once you know where to go and who to speak with, they don't take more than 5 minutes each, so I don't really see the problem. The hydra head quest is the most annoying and I wish we could opt out of it

I did that actually, but then I wanted to sleep at the inn to do it again, but I couldn't remember wtf I was doing for that awful quest so I just had to go make my own chimera fun.

Because he sells periapts, pilgrim charms and maker's fingers, that's why he's important.

Oh, and his daughter gives you gold idol which you can use to get better weapons from the blacksmith. But I guess you missed all that, just as I did on my first playthrough

Well thank you. No idea what any of that stuff does but I'll figure it out. I still have nightmares about that guy's house. I'll be able to find him, if I let my horrors lead me.

If he was judged guilty, you won't find him until the new game plus, so don't bother. Unless you somehow managed to make him innocent, which is not as easy to do

Oh, good. Seriously though, the best part of its game is the combat (especially at Bitterblack Isle), all the rest is just means to an end, to get better weapons, consumables etc. At least I think so, though some of the plot is entertaining of course, especially the first couple of times you play.
