This is not a thing with any home ARC mods, and it sure as hell isn't a thing with most Skyrim mods. Marketing their home software is just that, marketing.
My mod sure as hell doesn't work with vortex and most arc edits won't either unless all they touch is textures.
Mod manually is your answer. And learn to merge:

one problem you might encounter is a crash when trying to start a new game/hardmode all you need to do is disable the mods, relaunch and get to a point where you can save the game then reenable them.

But if you want modify character and augment state (like carry weight) or cheat, just install and read the txt file to see what buttons do.
