Visual Issues...
It seems to support 3440 x 1440 but the interface is cut off. The visuals are ghosting everywhere. Is there mod support?

It might relate to your hardware. The game is running fine for me at 3840x2160, but I have a NVidia 1080 Ti card in my PC.

same here. ghosting , duplicate images everywhere, blurry textures, screen not centered.

I have 2 x 1080s. It's not my hardware. This game is a ps3 engine. An iphone should be able to run this. I guess it's just broken code.

I run the game at 4096x2160 on a 10bit HDR monitor and there's no ghosting or anything of the kind, and yes there's plenty of mod support, both combat content and visual upgrading, including support for widescreen and 16:10 and 2.78:1 ratios, you just have to google for the appropriate content thereof

It also likely is your cards as the game has zero VESA support for SLI.

No. I actually went to turn off SLI for the game and I got a warning that there is a SLI profile for teh game. I turned it off anyway and the ghosting didn't go away. I did however change my resolution from 3440 x 1440 to 2560 x 1440.. That worked. The 21:9 support is there but I guess it's not good. Maybe I need to just mod it. Where are you getting your mods? Nexus?

Seeing as the game doesn't support AFR or SFR, having a profile is kind of meaningless.

Various places. Nexus has some decent ones, there are mods for alternate rendering via cheat engine and wsgf gaming and agdrag also supports alternate resolutions.

Out of those i would suggest agdrag.

I went to nexus and used the ratio fix by kaldaien and it fixed the aspect ration but the weird ghosting is still happening. Its only when I set it to 21:9. I don't see anyone on line having this issue. I tried with and without SLI, all the settings on and off. Can someone with a 21:9 monitor please help/.

For the ghost image issues, you need to disable DOF in the options in the main menu.
