I took away her shield so she only has three skills, burst strike, heavaonward lash, dragon's maw
She use burst strike most of the time, and heavaonward lash when fighting giant monster, I have only seen her use dragon's maw once so far
I suggest rather giving back the shield (and cleaning shield's skill set if you don't like it) and leading by example: like you change to similar Vocation and slash stuff with the same/similar skill exclusively. Seems to work, fi
My previous Ranger Pawn, former Fighter, had no "presentations" from me cause I was Mage, so she used her Din skills rarely, mostly on goblin hords, and was a melee attacker predominantly. Now she's a Strider and sux too cause we don't kill stuff together :/
My experimental save Ranger Pawn uses Din even on Drake and Cyclops, supposedly cause I chose to farm DCP as Ranger and my fav skill is Din ofc.
Improvement?
BTW I wonder if Pawns have to "get along" with newly acquired skills...maybe your pawn will use Maw more often with time?
