Burning Curse Question

I’ve been through the Catacombs so many times now looking for that Headless Icon but no luck.
Is it only available in NG+ or something?

1. You can craft that item.
2. It's one of these stupid quests where RNG is involved. The Headless Icon is in this one particular chest (right before the corridor leading to ogre's lair, by the ladder), just need have a "luck" to get it from it. If the game plays dirty I'd suggest filthy godsbanning exploiting the chest till you get the icon.

There's a cliff right next to the chest you can jump off of too if you don't have a godsbane.
