Aelinore
She asks me to gift her a Jester's Cap but there is no cap in " gift menu" and she can't take it by herself. So what should i do and how do i start Arousing Suspicion quest then?

Talk to her until she has no lines left and then she will simply take it.
This game does not hold your hand if NPC's have multiple lines it's usually best to hear what they have to say.

I played DS and know about those kind of things, but now...
She only has 2 lines left which she's saying repeatedly
1)Until we meet again
2)I shall pray...

You do have the jester's cap in your inventory, right?

Yep

If you removed the Jesters cap before speaking to her it may not have triggered the dialog tree. Try it with the cap on. She has quite a bit to talk about. Quite chatty.

This quest is so tricky to do as i missed it completly the first time and i had to read a guide to tell me about it and the next 2 trys for this quest i still missed it because i messed it up but 4th time i finally got the hang of the quest -_-

I believe iot's not the jester cap of your inventory, but the cap that the jester put on you during that scene the first time you go in the castle. From what I've seen the jester cap appears on your head but NOT in your inventory (nothing to do with the cap you get as gift at the beginning of the game, that simply has the same appearance). That's why it appears on top of your own helmet rather than replacing it.

I suppose it disappears if you leave the castle, which means that you probably can only do what she asks for if you didn't leave the castle before talking to her the first time.
I just did that part yesterday and she took it from my head indeed. I didn't had the gift interface popping up, the hat just disappeared from my head.

Yes. As you leave the courtroom the camera zooms in to Aelinore at her garden to the right. This signals that you should go talk to her and then the scene occurs. After the cutscene you may still speak to her until the dialog is over. Then each time you speak to her afterward she "blushes" and is then available as a romance possibility. If you missed this scene it shouldn't affect the game. As long as her Hand Maid is available to speak with inside the castle door the plot should continue.
