...ofc if you don't wan't to clear the DLC yet (Maker who knows why) you could start by slaying some Armored Gorecyclopes here and there (Midnight Helix, Rotunda of Dread with Fiend luring Incense). For cursed rings and curatives visit Vault of the Defiled Truth and Shrine of Futile Truths (or steal some from chained Gorecyclopes if you have Master Thief). Generally the further into the isle the more cursed items of higher Lv can be found but these maps are a good start.
Every two hours chests respawn, for enemies it may take longer. This way you can get some Lv 1 and Lv 2 items but will need Rift Crystals to purify them, and trophies from BBI monsters to enhance them, so no easy way for you.
For specific loot locations visit Dragon's Dogma FANDOM wiki.
BTW My suggestion, if you necessary need some damage and some protection, better rerefy your equipment first, then think of cursed items.
Everfall equipment rarefied to Gold is enough for most applications (and that's what Lv 1 Weapons basically are), and some Vocations can even hadle the job with Gold Rerefied mid game Gransys equipment... so yeah, depending on Vocation ;)
Can't get a good enchanted weapon to progress beyond the sparyard tho :( so I just scum black abbey, forgotten hall, and sparyard for cursed level 2s.
I'm also 15 levels higher than u, because omfg I'll level like 2-3 times every cursed item run. Everything gives rediculous xp
