Also, the Online Ur-Dragon has fluid resistances. A Fire attack that did a bit of damage to him last generation could do nothing the next.
It isn’t your fault you aren’t seeing any damage. Unless you take a Maker’s Finger, you aren’t guaranteed to see any progress made towards his health.
The more times you go in and fights him before that generation is killed the more loot you'll obtain.

Also look out for the brief window when it goes into "Grace". He only has a few hits then and you can get a load of great loot easily. You also get 100% dragon forging of any gear you're wearing. There's a thread on here where updates of when he goes into grace are posted. or use this link to track his ststus.

Two prominent members of the community, Karathrax and cat_47, hunt the Ur-Dragon a lot. As far as I am aware, it is all they do when they get on the Steam version.
I have definitely noticed a sharp increase in player contributions since the Gen 200s, though.

Really...... You guys are blind. The #1 Ur Hunter who just gets all of his kills from Ur Dragon grace calls is the #1 leech in the game, Karathrax. I don't know if he killed 1 Ur Dragon online. Karathrax just waits for grace calls and nothing else, hunt are you kidding me....
cat_47 is #1 for calling grace. That's all he does , is call grace. Don't think that he killed those Ur Dragons online. When I take down the Ur Dragon from 11 to zero, cat_47 likes to step in when 2 or 3 hearts are left and try to steal the kill. He's a con. He makes you believe that he brought down the Ur Dragons, but maybe he just got the last 2 hearts.
I'm the Shadow , working in the shadows. Not countiing the first 100 Ur Dragon online kills, I'm the one who is taking down most of the Ur Dragons kills while others are waitng for grace calls.
Also, the order or timeline that the online Ur Dragon kills are reported on the Board in COL [ Chamber of Lament} is False. When I have a Pre Grace kill first and I'm reported first on the Board and 15 minutes later I'm reported as in 3rd or 4th something is wrong. Kills are reported first from China, then the Pacific coast and then the East coast. Online Ur Dragon kills are not reported in Real Time but are reported based on Time Zones. Pacific Coast Ur Dragon kills are reported first even if the Real Time kill occured first in the East Coast. What kind of BS is that.
It is equally amusing that he thinks Cat_47 doesn't hunt. He is wrong.
I suppose his incorrect assumptions would bother me if I respected him enough to value his opinions, but they make me smile as well. I have no need to defend myself against his ridiculousnesses. The online Ur hunt doesn't care who spends what time bringing its health down-- either you get a kill on a generation's dragon... or you don't.
And I am most definitely not a "he."
