Does anyone else create their own fictional races?
Skip to bottom if you don't want to read all my crap.

As someone who looooves character creation, and someone who often writes little stories for their characters, Dragon's Dogma has some of the best options available to create and play completely fictional races.

With all the ways we can adjust the faces, skin, ears and even the posture and stance, I enjoy creating beautiful and sometimes hideous characters with their own lore and even race.

In my current playthrough, I think I've created my two best looking characters to date and with my favorite story. I won't write a whole novel here to bore you, but to be brief;
I imagine them as a race of giants with extreme intelligence, resilience and ruthlessness. With the average one reaching just under 7 foot, and with a vicious desire to destroy or enslave anything they encounter, anything unwilling to bend to their desires are wiped out within days.
Near impervious and with the ability to adapt to any environment, living lives over 500 years and able to breed with anything, these often cannibalistic and yet sophisticated people have earned themselves the reputation of the "Blue Death."
It is said that due to their endless need to kill and pillage, nearly their entire race was finally destroyed when they angered the dragons. Only a handful remain and to this day, they are hunted and killed by any with an army big enough to bring down the ones they find.

That wasn't very brief but I really wanted to share :P. Anyway, here they are.[imgur.com] The blue girls.

I'm not really happy with their current fashion so that'll eventually change. But otherwise, I love their look. Prior to this, they were instead green and I was calling them Orcs.[imgur.com] But after messing around some more with character creation, I settled on their current iteration.

Anyway, does anyone else go all out on their character creation? If so, share anything and everything you want to talk about! I would love to hear other peoples ideas and see their beautiful or monstrous characters. Why be human when you have so many options (:

Hmm, my Lola became Edenian's dark magick clone at some point, and she'll become this one notorious Chaos Cultist in her next incarnation. Does this count?

I read a book where dark elves looked like orcs and were frequently confused with them. So, good looking orcs are not new...
Where are your male pawns, by the by?

Ps
I created a bunch of pretty elfish boys (and one girl) and roam around surrounded by my own elfish harem.
I am a boring person.

Yet another little pawn with a great big weapon. (sigh)

That sounds cool. So do you carry over your characters to different play throughs? Same ones just further expanding their story?
I actually change chars within playthrough, just this next one will be in the separate, as a next big project. In general I don't recreate my old Pawns, I always search for new "inspirations" ;)
Well, in game, pawns are described like they look very similar to humans.. so i supose you can create them as you wish. Main character is another story, its suposed to be a fisherman from a peaceful town, you can asume he/she is a human. But actually is not a imposition, you can create any body/color/face you want. So i guess i could play with this and become something else.
