It's definitely slower with controller as they DON'T use cursor ;)
Have you tried adjusting Camera Speed? I wonder if it works on menu cursor.
If it doesn't work then I guess cursor speed is hardcoded, like the config for curatives' hotkeys.
Anyway, my cursor maintains its desktop speed settings so I personally didn't notice ANY change. The question is if your settings may be, somehow, ignored by the game, like acceleration may not work or some driver specific functions.
BTW Hows your framerate? Stable? 30 or 60 fps?
Didn't get far yet because of the cursor issue. Seemed 60 fps though.
The cursor is so slow it's basically unplayable. Imagine 10% of your normal desktop speed. I wasn't going to use a controller but maybe I'll just use the Steam controller.
Edit - Works great with the Steam Controller. Thanks for the heads up! While you're here, will this game get a solid 60 FPS with maxed out graphics on a GTX 970 + i5 4690 + 16 GB RAM + installed on an SSD? It seemed alright in the tutorial but I'm moving the game to my SSD now since it seems like a doozy.
You should maybe try to update your mouse's drivers, if there is any update.
I bet it causes your issue too. I'd turn it off.
