Beating spot is behind on the neck, iron circle of helmet outline
Thas what i do
Other tactics are use a rusted weapon to torpor it before swapping to your main weapon, using some conquers periapts etc to boost your strength, throw blasts.
There are also several places where it can be hit with a ranged weapon/spell whilst remaining out of reach.
The wiki gives other tactics too.

Second: if there's a mask and eye behind it, it's logical that one have to remove the mask. Archers will handled this easily as they can simply shoot off the strap holding this to Gorecyclops' chins (the vertical one seems to be a fake). Just one have to have in mind that one needs a good damage weapon (around 200 should be enough). Also that that mask's hitbox is glitchy and you will likely hit a mask where there shouldn't be a mask, so you need good positioning to hit strap.
Other vocations have to climb and attack the strap. I mean, Mages/Sorcerers can actually shoot too, but they'd more likely annoy the prisoner and make him tear his bindings and you don't want that. Ofc if you feel lucky you can try, advising Holy enchanted Focused bolt.
Finally, one may also try to throw a Throwblast at the mask (lots of these in breakables around), of the catwalk (even more tricky).
Your source says they're very strong against electricity :P
If is too strong for you there is two option to fight:
1.- Stay at the entrance of the chamber, and attack him from there. Watch out for his mace attack because they still can reach you there.
2.- Go upstairs beyond his reach and close to his head, and strike him from there.
Use ice attacks and ice enchantations for your weapons. You can also use rusted weapons to deal status damage and weak him.
For instance, the first time i fought him i was a Ranger lvl36, and my pawn was a mage with ice attacks and ice enchantatios, i had some Liquid Energy bottles so i used them to deal damage for longer time. It took me around 1 hour to kill him.
You can just run around and attack his ankles ( if you have weapon from Grigory ) but it will be a long fight ( but relatively safe ).
Or go as strider and do some climbing. But watch out for grabs.
They're weak against ice not electricity. The ordinary cyclops is weak against electricity.
well, clear out the top first, I am assuming you already have at this point.
go up onto the walk above him, cross over the first gaping hole and keep an eye on the right side of the bridge till you see the first X from the back of the facemask part, the first leather-strap back where it crosses with another peice, if you look closely you will see a circular area, shoot that area from the bridge, try not to hurt him too bad and he might stay on the wall.
at that point the shot is on you, many many ways to go about it.
what class are you and what kind of weapon?
is it dragonforged and if so to what level?
what skills are you using?
if you are a strider you might want to climb up even further and get the drop on him for extremely massive damage.
gold framae and 3 bridges up.. devastating.. and you would take no fall damage.
my strider pawn is set to scather right now, he would probably be helpful to you.
I checked on his account, he is in your rift, his name is Xolotl, he might be able to get you through it. His inclinations are right for that type of job right now.
I set his skills to hundred kisses, leaping stone and skull splitter.
if your an archer type go up on the bridge and shoot from there, encourage him to climb.
Your pawn has to learn, he learns when you or someone else show him weaknesses on enemies and how to defeat them easily. But mage being support will focus on healing and buffing the party. If you can get ice affinity he will use it to buff you and other pawns so you do more damage. Sorcerer might be a better idea for a damaging pawn.
If you are playing as a fighter, the best thing you can do is get a rusted shield and get it dragonforged. You should really try to get it Gold DFed. Use the shield to torpor the enemies and it will make your life 10X easier. It would be also make your life 10X easier if your mage was a sorcerer and cast Fulimination. I did the opposite of you and I played as a sorcerer with a fighter pawn. Fulmination sorcerer with a dragonmaw fighter rips through just about everything BBI can throw at you.
You could also have her cast ice affinity on you and then throw flast of water on cyclops. Not sure how many it would take or how long it would last but it should greatly increase the ice damage. The same could be said about fire affinity and flask of oil or undulant weapons. Get him tarred and then hit him with fire weapons.
