Wish "sword" had a dodge.
It would be really great if it had a dodge like daggers. Makes it much easier with a sword and bow combo. Is here any mod for this?

Learn how to read enemy movements. Learn how to use the functional jumping, sprinting, and climbing mechanics. Learn how to use items and debilitations. Learn how to adapt and plan. You don't need to use weapon skills to avoid attacks.

I know how to do all of those. What my question was is there a mod for it? I've been playing DDDA since it came out on ps3. I want to change things up a little i don't need your input.
There are no mods that add new skills or interactions, even the various hacks to allow you to equip skills for different classes cause the game to crash if you have the wrong item equipped. The modding tools created by users never got advanced to allow this, and even if they did, it would likely render your pawn invalid or create a significant issues. Game was not designed for it.

Full Moon Slash has iframes. Broad Slash can be used to move away from an area. Clairvoyance can be used to negate an attack similar to a perfect block.

No mod needed.

Sword has shield block instead ;)
Now, if you're into defensive sword play you might be interested in Assassin vocation - they can parry (Like Dark Souls parry, with a ripost afterwards) with a sword and even with daggers.

Ah, I wish at least Warrior's longsword could block like at the Souls games, well, maybe at Dragon's Dogma 2...
I seldom play with the sword or mace, but doesn't the Hindsight Slash/Sweep/Strike an evasion skill or is it a pure parry and repost?

As i said bored with the parry already. I mean come on isn't too boring to use the same damn animation everytime? I would like to dodge like with a daggers sometimes too. Especially when fighting something that you can't parry due to the enemies size, like a Chimera. Jumping out of the attack range is quite not there too.

There are not many blows you can't parry, and those of Chimera ARE NOT the ones. Actually a barrage of blows is your only problem with Clairvoyance. And scythe. And projectiles. And grabs. And AoE... ;)
