Where I can find outfit like this bandit have???

This is one of bandit's who have nice helm (Meloirean Cyclops Veil) and armor but i can find it! Can I find it in DDDA???

There are multiple ways to aquire the Meloirean Cyclops Veil. You can find it in a chest in the Proving Ground after you killed the hydra. I think you can also buy it from Mathias if you are Post-Game and there is also a chance that it will drop in some chambers in the Everfall after you defeatet Grigori, but the chance is really low (~5%).

AFAIK Bandits, male and female, use custom built/scrap armors, like top-less Bronze Lorica or Magician's Surcoat with a hood. Mostly unaccessible for the player. I recall one bandit in Southron, wearing Meloirean Cyclops Veil, he was wearing either Hide Armor or no armor at all.

Yea, I know about he's helm, question is - where i can get he's body armor

This armor is combination of skull belts, chimeric half plate and shoulder pads from lion padding. Players can't have it.

At the moment there is no mod that makes non-player armor wearable. It could be possible to make such a mod, but at the moment there sadly is no possibility to wear these kind of armor.

The closest you can come to that look is Skull Belts, Iron Vest, Meloirean Cyclops Veil, Raptor Cuisses (only Advanced and Hybrid Vocations can wear this). Can't tell what the leg clothing is, but it's presumably something short, because the leg is bare below the knee cops of the Raptor Cuisses.
