Is there a way to make your main pawn use a Pilgrim's Charm?
Both myself and my pawn have been leveling up around the same time and would very much like to keep it that way.

No, but when you level up your pawn does so as well. If you toss it in the ocean or off a cliff and play without it for awhile when you recover it,.It will accelerate leveling until it is within a few levels of you.

If your pawn is falling back some levels, it'll gain some "bonus" exp if you must, until it eventually matches your level - the game automatically makes you and your main pawn to develop at a very similar time, so just play normally with it by your side. As stated above, every experience boost from items will apply to your pawn (and other pawns regarding Rift Cristals for their rental)

That's actually a pretty good way to have a better control on your main pawn stat growth, so you can make it get the stat growth of a class you dont actually want him to be.
Just leave him in the rift while you level up your arisen to the level you want to bring your pawn for that class.
Then bring your pawn along until his level match yours, fighting low level ennemies that wont make you level up (also a good way to get vocation points for yourself).
And finally change his class to the next class you want him to get the stat growth next. Rince and repeat...

Works particularly well when playing assassin.

That said, I usually prefer to keep my pawn on a single class from level 10 to 200... so it's either mage>sorcerer or fighter>ranger (warrior gives more attack, but way too much HPs and not enough stamina).
