How many exact days should I rest to make BBI chests respawn?

According to the wiki it takes 3 to 10 days depending on the chest... from my experience something around 4 days (4 nights sleeping at cassardis) is usually enough to get chests to respawn in BBi.

I suggest to rest for 7 or more(up to 10) days in Cassa, remember that sleeping in BBI only pushes time by one hour. I suggest this to respawn everything, enemies, chests and it costs very little time.

Also, go in offline mode to avoid waiting for server loading each time You go to bed.

Thanks guys, although I'm more interested in respawning chests to farm level 3 Gears and monsters are getting in the way, although they respawn in a matter of hours it seems.

If you're speedrunning specifically for l3 gear, you can do the fetishy thing and just rush Daimon with Magic Archer with sanctuary, 1000 kisses, immolation, red health magic boost, red health physical boost, opportunism, and 20% phys and magic damage and the chest in the Township of Lost Hope (the one on the leftside cliff right before the final land bridge to Daimon's Temple) after three days rest, or you can do the sensible thing and just edit your save, because the good stuff has about a 3% chance of dropping, much less getting a full set of exactly what you want for all three armor types.

Thanks, I'll think about it, although do you mean farming Daimon and hope he drops a Gear lvl 3? I've killed him many times and got barely none like that D': And the chests afterwards don't have any either.
