Cannot be traded. You'll get them for collecting 20 macabre sculptures, check notice board at the entrance. Find some video guide if needed.

Same for me with the Dragon Tempest. I purified so many BBI Weapons lvl 2 and got every other weapon like 5 times but not the desired one -.-
This game really hates me.

Why would you want Dragons Tempest btw?
Just for collection?
Cuz you might wanna farm Daimon instead and get the lvl 3 MA bow which has a whooping 300 more points in magic when gold forged.

If ur still looking to get said bow you might wanna save game + godsbane farm the fallowing chest located in duskmoon tower area:

This chest has a fairly high chance to give you Lv. 2 weapons post-daimon.
Also to make the loot respawn you need to rest at least 4 days outside of BBI.
