If the PS4 can't pull it, then X1X certainly can't either. Otherwise most games would run at 60 frames per second. It's the CPU limitation of those devices. X1X is superior in the GPU department, and got a small CPU boost, like 0.2 or 0.3 GHZ from 2.1 GHZ i think (Just like PS4Pro). It can pull 4k, but it can't pull 60 frames.
The PC version is capped at 160FPS.
it does look very excellent when the fps never dips below 60
I got rid of the Spud finally, Davoodinator. I'm now sporting an i7700-k, with a 1080 card. It's very nice. XD This is why I could instantly tell the difference when I booted the game a little while ago-- having the experience of running the game on an awful computer, then upgrading, then seeing today's differences in textures and depth of field made them obvious to me.
