Hello ,
so i did the quest to capture him, then by exploring i found the bandit chief that wants his head , so when i go to meet him i have the red indicator but he runs away , any idea ? ( am afraid that attacking will kill him )

Rest in the Inn until he is not afraid of you, also kill npc is not permanent, they come back in 7 or so days, but they will be afraid of you at first ;)
