Question about Spell syncing

I heard that Utilitarian/Challenger/Mitigator set up is the best for spell syncing . So my pawn set up is exactly like this in order to sync spells with me and she is doing very well at syncing.

Right now , I wanna switch to MA so I change her inclinations to Challenger/Pioneer/Utilitarian ( some ppl from GameFAQ said this set up is good for solo sorcerer ) .

But even after changing like that , she sync exactly like Utilitarian/Challenger/Mitigator set up with me ( still not switch to MA ) .

So question is ... what’s the difference between Utilitarian/Challenger/Mitigator set up and other inclinations in comparing spell syncing . I don’t see any difference.
