Usually I get good FPS but in some parts there are lot's of enemies or npc's and things to load in front of me the game stutters a little and drops FPS so I would like to know if I can fix this someday.
I think it's the game don't liking the CPU since the game use more CPU than GPU but I'm no pro :)
Motherboard:
Gigabyte Z97M-D3H
Processor:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
RAM:
8GB
OS:
Windows 10 (64 bit)
It might be Win10 since this new OS seems to have this new stupid trend to frak things with updates and them their best support advice is a damn clean install after every major system update :(
Since other games are fine to me I will not do a clean install cause it annoys the hell out of me for some reason :)
Also I find it strange that even change settings to potato mode makes no difference for me! Maybe it will give some tests ideas to you or don't hahaha
I kind of gave up cause I might have tried everything on the internet hahahaha But if OP by some magic reason can find a fix why not try right :)
If you haven't done it yet make sure that the power management settings are set to performance, and that the memory settings are correct in the bios.
