Coming back after a break and I can't find Valmiro!

I need to give him meat and I lok at quest and it says he was at this encampment but I went every where..can't find him =(

If the quest shows an actual marker on the map go to that (not the generic marker that quests without one show that is near witchwood) and if it doesn't he should be in Cassardis. Often at the pier, his house, or walking between them.
