Questions about Selene and brewing
Hello.
Can I brew if the item is in storage, not in my eq?
And does she only brew once per day or something? Because when I first met her, I could only brew one ale of each kind, although I had more herbs in my eq. So I brew two ales and the option of brewing disappeared, she was only talking something.

yes. as long as it is not in inventory of you or pawns you can brew one more and repeat this until you're willing to run and put the one you made into storage.

no, she will not brew if same item is in your inventory. but, as long as you put them in storage amount of brewing is not limited.

I get it, thanks. As of the first question, I meant whether or not can I brew when the herb is not in my eq, but in storage. Like when you enhance, items from storage can be used.

sadly, nope ;) that would be just too easy... wouldn't it? ;)

just curious, are you interested in stamina recovery or health and which one? and how much party aspect plays role in it?

Would be easier, yes. This way it is annoying until you get a portcrystal, which I haven't yet.
Well, probably both stamina and health, since running out of breath is deadly for this squishy assassin. What do you mean about party aspect?

those items work on whole party.

at game beginning you have good option with spring water for health that heals whole party as well. just across the bridge from gran soren is healing spring. buy empty flasks and fill them with that as many as you want. you can even put empty flasks on pawns, but they will only fill them up if they have less than 10 in inventory

for stamina (not party) on the other hand you can create backfat oil extremely quick. kill oxes near gran soren and pick up the meat. now rest (sleep) until it turns sour and combine it with scythe you can buy cheap at black cat.

another even faster way is using pilfer/master thief if you leveled up strider vocation. you can steal backfat oil from pigs or staminal drench from pawns wandering in gransys (only strider pawns, each pawn type gives different items)

master thief in action.(farming same pawn, same thing with pig)

Thanks, I was wandering where could I find this water spring, but I read the healing/weight ratio is not so good. Anyway thanks a lot for the info! :D Btw, why do you call it master thief? It's the name of your build?

nope, strider skill. you can watch the whole video. it is all about strider and some other things as well.

for game beginning healing spring is excelent choice. problem is later when your hp becomes huge when you need 10 just to heal up once. but, at beginning it is awesome. just put some on pawns and they will use them automatically whenever some party member (including you) is in trouble

as for where you find it. once you cross the bridge north of Gran Soren... just continue into the woods, don't follow the road. you will see some shiny rock glittering like spring is pouring over it

also, you might find some tips how to use it efficiently in that video as well. some concepts work on assassin as well. stamina at least for me is the most important thing

Since I'm not going to use sword and shields(because meh), should I switch to strider? It seems strider has better augments for me, since I prefer daytime. And he will be more oriented around daggers and bows than assassin. Hmmm I think I'm going to switch xd

well, i personally VERY much prefer using strider for bow+daggers and fighter for sword'n'board. assassin is jack of all trades and master of nothing. both original classes outperform him by miles with their weapons.

but, as far as augments go, you are not limited to class augments which is why it is definitely good to learn all vocations. and once you learn them, they are all really fun where each one brings original flavor of the game

then it is a case of how much you prefer close combat. if you like keeping range you can use ranger. sucky dagger skills, but bow is just... well

or magick archer, class is just brilliantly fun once you get lv.3 healing armor and immolation as you can be really effective no matter what range.

but, my personal favorite is strider due to versatility, followed by MA once i can go into mixed combat with later gear and only then ranger, but, that is just me and i'm not good at keeping distance from enemies. i just have to get hands dirty

Thank's for all the tips! :D I prefer melee too, was a warrior before but couldn't immerse myself with him. Too much jumping and acrobatic exploration in this game for a guy with oversized sword. Although swinging a massive slab of iron is very satisfying here.

nah, feel free to ask. in fact i am making those videos to help people so i don't need to write same thing every time.

like this for example (6 videos about getting weapons/armors and dragonforging at any level for those who want to venture BBI early)
https://youtu.be/4t4Py7XoN_E?list=PLrZgsrY1mV1mnQgJWC2Wm557DjZrGNO_7

and if maximal acrobatic platforming is your thing and you want melee with good ranged, then strider is definitely the way to go. if you watched that strider video it is obvious why. strider is most mobile class
