OMG, I hate this purifying system.
Trying to get savior ring, 25 or so armor3 pieces purified, countless legs, helmets and arms and no body armor received. Some 5 shadow boots, 4 hellfire gauntlets in a row etc. Have some more 8 pieces to purify and still no body armor in projection. Maybe someone have a clue how to break this idiot sequence?

RNG. Once you start purifying, the game sets you on a predetermined list of items. You can work the system by changing you and your pawns classes to red/red, yellow/yellow for a shot at a class based item.

save before doing it and try swaping your pawn vacation maybe yours too because the drops are based on what vacations you both have
The vocation does not matter. If next purifying let say will be graves, class changing will not alter the result. You'll still get graves but for the new class. Instead of oblivion you'll get hellfire or carrion. Thats all. There is connection between sets : hellfire-oblivion-carrion group and sin-shadow-grave group. You always get items from specific group and always the same part of body. I am afraid the sequence is decided on game creation. I tried to reset the game, but I've got the same sequence.

It is RNG, sadly. RNG is always bad loot system, played enough ESO to know that...
There is no way to get around it, as soon as You pick up cursed armor it saves automatically as 3 possible outcomes.

Install, select armor you don't want, use the item editor section to change it to the boots you need, move the new boots to make the game recognize them properly eg from storage to main character, profit

.. only three? think yourself lucky alot of hack and slash RPGs tend to have a huge lyst of pre, and post-fixes to the items, so getting a specific piece of armor is at least three layers of RNG. not to mention individual rolls on stats.

No. Unless I'm greatly misunderstanding you, that isn't how it works. There is a sorting algorithm involved, yes, but it can easily be manipulated via class changes and purifying a ton of cursed equipment at once. That forces it to go down the list at a steady rate and greatly improves the variety. I've never had issues getting pieces when doing mass purifications.
Furthermore, just because you purify one piece and get triplicate chest pieces on each vocation, does not mean that happens all the time. I've gotten lvl 3s that contained 2 of 1 form, and then the other was different. There is a bias toward having multiple of the same piece in 1 cursed gear, but it's not a certainty.

Please make at least a basic attempt at verifying info before trying to state it as fact.

I also found that if you gift the BB3,s they are not the same as they were in your account. Example- I would get Shadow boots (didn't need ) so I would gift it to my daughters account and she would get Helm, Armor, Gauntlets, or Boots. If you do not want to use Item edit (ME!) then you could make a family share account.

Thats right - every game has its own predefined sequence. If you give some piece to your alt he will get different purifying result, but if he returns it back to you, you'll get the same result as before.
