Don't you think your being a little harsh? This information is plastered on the forums. Also, making both space and ground at the same time just isn't possible, simply due to constraints,a s well as focus. These battles aren't simple giant battles. What your asking for is the basic. Clone the map over and over with no variation. Instead, we have a focused battle where the action is more concentrated and imo, more fun. Rather then doing too much, it does just the right thing. Space to ground as a one way invasion might be possible for future I think, but 2 bases on ground and 2 respective fleets inspace at the same time is just too demanding on the CPU. Using a 3.4 here, and I run fine, but even I can see the issue of both space and ground. It's not a popular idea for developers for a reason.
