Report a translation problem
If it is a gas (blue icon) you need to hover in the cloud to absorb it.
If you are in movement, for example on a ice planet with high wind speeds or on a slope, boost downwards to fix you in place over the mining spot.
In steam's new library view, you can find the conventional screenshot manager on selecting a game and scrolling down, on the righthand side.
Unfortunately the redesigners at Steam suck, and the only way to get screenshot URLs seems to be logging in to a browser and grabbing it that way:
