Control issues

Had a lot of issues with controls so far. Can't even get into the game. The game isn't registering any other keys besides the arrow keys and wasd. I also tried a plugged in ps3 remote but couldn't get any other thing besides movement to work. Tried resetting the controls already. Anyone have some tips?...
