Beginners Guide to Modding

Made a quick guide to start modding the game. I will be expanding on the API and other tutorials on how to add blocks/jobs/research.

This is helpful but for beginners like me I am not sure what workloads to install in visual studio. Some of them are very large and I dont really want to download them all when I only need specific ones.
