How to find your world seed?
Ive finally got a great map. There's three penninsulas that come together in the conflux of a big river system, and the central one is massive and almost perfectly flat. The entire area is surrounded by nearby hills and some magnificent looking snow-capped peaks a little further in the distance (but not too far...).

I can't seem to find the seed name in the gamesave data, is it because that file lives on the cloud now? I've tried shutting the game down, disallowing cloud saves in the steam properties menu, reloading the game and exiting again after placing a brick, but none of the game files show the seed. Help plz.

Ok I figured it out, the seed is buried deep in the world.sqlite3 file.

Go to steamapps\common\Colony Survival\gamedata\savegames\_cloud\[user number]\[world name]\world.sqlite3 , you need a program or use an online app to open the database. Inside the database, choose the "world" tab and then you need to scroll all the way over to the right in one of the entries and you will find your seed after the spawn coordinates.

My seed is 1738427430, its quite nice of the worlds ive generated so far.

EDIT: I forgot that you spawn in a forest and cant see anything. Run up the hill you are standing up, then look to the right of the giant mountain. You can't miss it, its such a perfectly beautiful spot.

I wish most games would just show the seeds number in the description or title of the save. This is not the only game I have in which once started the seed number is nearly impossible to find
