Clay?
I can't find any clay and if I search for it here or on the wider internet it says it's mixed in with iron but that seems to be dated information. Where is it in 0.9?

If you dig down, first you come to a light stone, then you come to a darker stone. Those darker rock blocks will sometimes have reddish or grayish bits embedded in them. If you put a mining job on one of those with grayish bits, the colonist will give you clay. The block with the reddish bits gives copper, and the ordinary dark stone gives rubble. Be sure to have a crate near the miner. Having a colonist mine the block does not consume the block. The colonist can produce ore from it indefinitely.

Further down there are blocks with orange bits that give iron. In special biomes you can find blocks that give things like tin, lead, gold, coal, zinc, sulfur, and silica.

Oh I think I found some and assumed them to be tin. I'm a dummy!

Once you unlock miner you'll eventually open your inventory and find 26709 of it.

Better question is, How is clay?
