Good seeds to spawn

Anyone got any seeds that spawn you in a (relatively) flat area? i know this sounds lazy but i dont wanna spend a while searching through seeds to try find one to start a world in. thanks!

I'm sorry I can't offer an exact seed (we just started playing a couple days ago and are playing on the first random seed). But...

If you climb up on a tall hill or mountain, you can see for miles and miles and pick out a nice flat place to head towards. It will save you running and running to find one.

In my marsh biome I only have a height difference of 7 blocks.
