But that didn't answer the question!
It is said that a berry farmer can feed 3 more colonists.
How can it be that, when I have 3 berry farmers and a food shop, i.e. a total of 4 colonists, my berrymeal is not enough to feed the colonists, when 3 berry farmers supposedly feed up to 9 colonists.
The only other thing I would suggest is that you don't to fast, at the start of a new colony each recruit takes up so much food so if you go recruiting to fast you will cause your self problems. Make sure you have plenty of food before you go crazy recruiting.
This method doesn't make a huge difference on the scale of one berry farm, but when you have several farms, the difference is significant.
