Colony "Survival" (Review)

So I've been playing "Colony Survival" for about 2-3 hours.
And I can't really tell where the real Survival Part is.
The Zombies are no Danger at all and it's not really possible to lose colonists because of starving.

I set the Zombie Spawn Amount on max so "very high" i think it is. (Day & Night)
The game is more about creative building than survival.
Once I let some Zombies to my banner on purpose but they didn't really do anything. just standing there and thinking about their reason to live. They even ignore my colonists 50 % of the time.

I'm surprised that the game should be about survival

With very high day and night zombies, you should see some difficulty keeping up with ammo to keep them killed - or the resources to make the ammo. It takes a decent bit of balancing to get everything right in that regard. If the zombies are at your banner and your colonists aren't dying, your game is bugged. They're probably dying and you aren't noticing. If you're out of food the colonists should start starving. It won't be immediate, it starts happening when they try to eat. If you've managed to balance everything and it's still too easy.. you don't have enough colonists :p

well but food is not really difficult to get. You can even shut off your base from the world and it's still enough for a long time. just 2 - 3 slingshot people are enough to keep the hordes from my base. I don't know if it gets more difficult over time though. Also getting enough ammo isn't difficult since I'm only using stones :). And the thing with the banner, i think it's really bugged because nothing happens not even my colonists die.

However I can't really enjoy the game so I stopped playing it

What was your colony population? I think I enjoy the calm of early starting of a colony because it gives me time to set up buildings before having too much pop. and the zombies will come in the hundreds and more as you grow.

I didn't play long only like till population of 32.
Doens't matter though anymore, won't play it anymore
