WHERES snow?

Head north or south for long enough and you hit snow.
(maybe any direction?)

I used the old minecraft trick of putting down blocks of stone in sight of each other to keep track of the path back to my base.

I didn't actually test it but there /is/ grass under the snow so probably?

Under snow is mostly stone because I found it only on high mountains.
I walked like 15 mins just straight.

I must have set up dead center of the world becuase ive gone twenty minutes both north and south and have found no snow. I've gotten tundra, but no snow.

I found them x6000 and z10000 so

I managed to find it...but ive gotten myself lost. If i kill myself, what happens? Will i respawn at the colony?

done. lol That is indeed what happens. You will lose everything in your hotbar. Luckily, I put the snow in my stockpile lol.

Tip, there's mountains in the starting biome with snow on top (if they're high enough). Probably quicker than the poles.
