voxel games have been around for years before even minecraft.
Hell Sim City is voxel based as you can change the terrain.

Cube World, Voxel, there are tons of them.
Just cause it looks like another game does not always make it a rip-off.
King of Fighters and Street Fighter, that one even went to court and nothing happened.
So please just get over it.

Minecraft was in developement for almost 3 years before "Beta", and thier "Alpha" isn't the same as other games "Alpha" versions. They had 4 stages of development prior to thier "Alpha" stage.

Saying that all voxel games are carbon copies is like saying Age of empires and Cossacks are carbon copies of Command and Conquer...

I also don't think I've ever seen an EA game where somebody doesn't complain in Discussion about the game being a rip-off.

I am not saying all Voxel games are carbon copies. I am saying this one is. Hell its hardly more than a proof of concept build. But some of you FANBOYS got your nose so far up their backends already you can more than likely see what they will eat three days from now. Are they working to add things yes they are and doing ok at it but the order they are doing things in will be a failure in the long run. They have never done a game and it clearly shows and is a learning process for them. And while your little info is cute let me expand your info that had zero to do with disporving my comment. ALL companies have stages of DEV before a alpha build.NO company has the same level of ALPHA build so where you get this its not the same crap amuses me looks like something off a wiki. THe reason you see so many comments as such on EA games is simple you have people who post up a EA game saying we plan to do this and that make it like this or that and in the end dont do ♥♥♥♥.

As it stands this is what needs to be done to make this game not fall apart in major ways.
Multi player crap needs to wait its pointless without content.
just patching in new blocks dont need to be high on the list unless its leadng into content.
Water needs to be adressed asap.
Locations need to be adressed ASAP to explore.
Mobs need to be adressed
Animals
Loot tables for both Mobs and animals.
Making a choice if loot will be PC related or a combo of PC/npc.

Until they do something to make them different it is what it is a clone. I dont care if they re skin the NPCs as naked porn stars wouldnt change what it is. If you thnk it is something different your one of those I bet who think gun laws will stop people from getting shot too I bet.
