So nice pointing out that you pirated the game dude.
Stop being rude and pointing the finger at people when you have no clue. What did you go look at their profile and assume that was enough to know?? If so I sure am glad you're not a cop. Did you stop to think perhaps they have more than 1 steam account like so many people do. Or maybe just maybe they are on a friends account at the time of posting. There is so much you don't know. So please refrain from being rude and telling people they are BREAKING THE LAW.
I am more than willing to help. However if you did happen to try the game before buying it, you will be unable to play online. This isn't minecraft and as of yet, there are no "offline servers" as minecraft had which allowed ppl to play online without owning.
If you do own the game, then there is an issue between you and steam as it is not able to connect to their servers and verify anything. What machine are you hosting the server on, and, did you portforward?
PS if it was a port issue the server console would tell him.... As it told me yesterday when it told me to forward the ports.
Then be a bigger person and ignore them. I do not know enough about the game to call them a pirater. I don't know enough about them period so I am now going to say anything on that matter.
But I have hosted servers for a little over 7 years now, and in my experience, messages like that are caused due to Authentication failing.
AGAIN in MY <-- Experience, a failed authentication is one of two things. Pirated / invalid key OR network issue with the game server, which in this case is steam. I did actually check the steam status website and no issues have been reported.
So maybe their internet isn't working but then again they are here posting. I dnt know anything about them to point or say ANYTHING about them. But ^ those are the facts and truth.
