Blender freezes when rendering after saving 1 rendered image

I posted about this some time ago, but I only now figured what's causing it. Basically, when I render a scene and save that as an image, then attempt to render another image, Blender gets stuck in the grey screen and I have to quit. After I come back and try to render again, it works again, but once I save that render and attempt to render another scene, it'll freeze again.

I tried deleting the previous rendered image after 1 render before doing another one, but it still freezes. And this isn't because my PC is slow, I'm rendering with Evee and it renders in just a couple of seconds when I'm doing a fresh render.

Also, simply quitting the scene or reloading it doesn't help, it'll still freeze. Only completely quitting Blender fixes it.

Maybe you'll have the same trouble I posted some time ago. It's still a bug and causes Blender to freeze after the first scene was rendered. Disabling the "Persistant Data" option helps until this is fixed.

I'm using Evee so there's no option for that feature.

I found something new. I made a new scene where I copied another one's settings, which got my scene frozen every time I made a second render in the same session. However, this time it seems to never freeze even though I make a new render in the same session. I also noticed that in the older scene, it'll create an image called Render Result.001 with the second render, however, with this new render it'll just keep Render Result with every new render.

Edit: Now the old scene works fine too. What is even going on?

Oh just wonderful. Out of nowhere after a month, it suddenly came back. And I haven't touched any of the settings in Blender.
