They were saving her for the end. Its probably going to be the most emotional one. Sadly they probably won't bring Cacao from the anime into the visual novels. But hopefully she still gets some attention in Nekoparaiten. Sayori made some really good art for her. Edit: Nekoparaiten was replaced by Nekopara Sekai Connect.
