The game screen is off-center, wrong resolution?

On the Start Screen, the menus are not aligned with the center of my monitor. I can't see the entire menu. I can't see the ''enter'', ''ok'' or ''start'' button to begin playing the game.

Try this;

• Right click the game in your Steam Library.
  
• Go to 'Properties' then the 'Local Files' tab.
  
• Click 'Browse Local Files'.
  
• Navigate to the 'win32' directory and locate the 'Battlebrothers.exe' file.
  
• Right click it and go to 'Properties'.
  
• Click the 'Compatibility' tab.
  
• Check 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'.

Depending on your operating system, the last point may be named differently. It may be called 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' for you, in which case you need to set it to 'Application'. This was the solution to fix the issue. I followed the instructions as given and the disclaimer at the end about the last point being named differently was needed and very helpful. The game's menus are now synced with my 1080p resolution.

I have the same problem. The cursor seems to be about 4 inches below the interface and UI scaling is set at 150 in the game menu. I can't change it because I can't get the mouse to click on the confirm button after I make any changes, and the fix mentioned here doesn't work for me as the button is greyed out that lets me overide the DPI scaling. Very frustrating - never had this happen with another game.

I'd try launching the game through steam and selecting "Reset Configuration" to default UI Scaling back to 100% and seeing if that fixes things.
