I have a 4k display laptop, when I start the game, the UI + font is not scaled at 4k resolution setting. They become very tiny and small. When I lower the resolution, i can't play the game in full screen mode. Instead, the game shrink to small window.

I'm on a Surface Pro 4, using windows 10. Unfortunately, the instructions in the other thread had no effect on my scaling issue:

What exactly is your scaling issue?

Is it that the UI is displayed too small? If so, the next update will introduce a slider to scale the size of the UI.
