FIXED: Characters models are butchered

After today thats what I get every time starting a new campaign .

Every brother or enemy are just mess made up of broken textures.
I tried to verify integrity of game files, completely reinstall the game and my videocard drivers.
Nothing helped so far.

This may be caused by one or more mods that are not compatible with the new version of the game. You'll need to remove them until they've been updated by their authors. If you don't know how, delete the game folder manually (!), then install again.

Ive already deleted the game via steam "Delet the game" option once and it didnt help, so I tried your advice deleting the game manually...
And, surprisingly, it worked!

After deleting the game from the steam folder and reinstalling again the textures returned to normal. Also, I should mention that I certainly didnt have any mods that retexture yours or enemy's units. The only mod I used more than a year ago was more bright footprints for better detection on the global map, but I reinstalled the game couple of time since than.

But anyway, thanks again for your attention to my issue.
